At Bowmeos, your pet’s happiness – and your peace of mind – matter to us. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re committed to resolving it quickly and fairly.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered. Return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, and free from damage
- All original tags attached
- In original, intact packaging
- Proof of purchase included
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item
Important: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away so we can arrange a prompt resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Pet food products
- Pet care, grooming, and hygiene items
- Sale or discounted items
If you’re unsure whether a product qualifies for return, we recommend contacting us before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
To ensure faster processing, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead, we recommend:
- Returning the original item (after approval), and
- Placing a new order for the desired product
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount
